AdSense and Affiliates
I’ve started two new weblogs with the intention of studying and implementing Google AdSense and affiliates links on these. I have already spent considerable time researching (quite headachey after a while!) so that these two new weblogs will now have to be updated on a very regular basis. I’m proud of them, even though perhaps the content could be a bit more imaginative. I feel so pressurised into writing articles to keep the sites active, particularly because I need to stay factual as opposed to chit-chatty ramblings.
One of the new weblogs is called Hello ! and it’s “a portal for background information”. I pick up so much information on the Internet and through reading books – of the paper variety – and found it wasn’t enough to either jot down scribbled notes, keep a load of Notepad files on my desktop or print out reams od printer paper to keep this information at hand for me when I needed it. So instead I now summarise the bits of information that I’m interested in and post it to Helloo ! This way all the info is at hand permanently. And hopefully some of it will be of use to others.I then decided that I would go big-time with learning all there is (if that’s possible!) about making money online with affiliates such as ClickBank and Commission Junction, and of course Google AdSense. I’m achieving multiple objectives with the Hello ! venture.
The other site is called Shoot ! and is a sub-directory off Hello ! It’s where I’m going to show off my photographic skills. Plus, post various non-copyrighted photos and pictures that I find out there which are interesting or unusual, and that I can share all this with others with the same hobby. I must add here that Shoot ! is going to start off showcasing all the photos that used to be on “Spanish Landscapes” (which is now sadly no more since the WordPress MU site got badly hacked at the end of 2008).
This also brings me to the usage of WordPress and WordPress MU… but that’s going to be a separate post….
