sleeps 4, is located in the Miraflores complex in Mijas Costa,
between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. There is a
lift, door entry monitoring and underground secure parking. Air
conditioning and heating system is installed throughout the
apartment. 
The terraced balcony overlooks two main swimming pools (with abundant
sun loungers), and enjoys breath-taking sea views. The area boasts
some lovely walks; the sandy beaches and local market are a leisurely
stroll away. The village of La Cala and the new race course are a five
minutes' drive. The popular golf course with its inviting club
house, supermarkets, restaurants and bus service are all within walking
distance. Tennis and horse riding are also available. Skiing
in Sierra Nevada (Granada) is approximately a two hour drive. The nearest airport is Malaga, 25 minutes drive.

| The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing or
entertaining: Sky satellite TV and a portable stereo CD/radio/cassette
player are available. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven
and hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and ample built-in units housing
sufficient crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. There
is a separate laundry room housing the washing machine. |
| There are two bedrooms: one with double bed and the other
with two single beds. Bed linen is provided. The two
bathrooms, one being en suite, are equipped with bath, shower and
bidet. Ample towels are provided, however, please bring your own
beach towels. |

a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is
required in advance, with the balance paid four weeks prior to your
arrival. |

- Please note that beach towels are not provided.
- Only those persons specified at time of booking may use the
property. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed
the number of sleeping places (4). The substitution of persons during
the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed. On arrival
you must present your confirmation details.
- It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.
